Are there any costs involved for me?
No. Selling your gold items to us is absolutely free of charge. The courrier fees are prepaid and the package is insured. Even if you ask us to return your gold, you will incur no additional costs.

Do you pay more than a jewellery store or pawnshop?
Yes we pay top prices for gold content. We are specialists in purchasing and refining gold. We take it to the worlds gold center in London where it is sold at highest possible prices. Our operation efficiently run with the latest information technolgoy. We do not maintain expensive shop premises and we operate on a larger scale than most high street shops resulting in higher payout than most regular shops can offer.

Why do you not give a quote over the phone or on the website?
The price of gold fluctuates on a daily basis. The items also need to be analyzed by experts in order to have independently verification of the weight and fineness of the pieces. Any price quoted in advance of receiving your items would be very inaccurate and therefore we avoid such practise.

Is it safe to send valuable gold items with Fedex?
Yes absolutely, your prepaid Fedex packet is specially insured when you use the shipping lable we send to you. The quickest method is to fill in the form on the website and recieve the shipping lable by email. If your value is in excess of EUR 1000 then you should contact us for additional insurance.

What items will you purchase?
We primarily accept anything containing gold: rings, charms, necklaces, chains, brooches, earrings, cufflinks, pins and any other jewellery. You can also send coins, collectible items and decorative items to us. While we focus on gold you can also send us items containing other precious metals such platinum, palladium and silver.

What about diamonds and other gemstones?
We are able to accept items that include gemstones, however, we are solely focused on the recycling of gold and other precious metals and therefore we do not offer a payout for any gemstones included in your items. If you would like to keep the gemstones for any reason, we recommend that you remove them before sending us the items as some stones may be damaged by the evaluation process. However, it is not necessary to remove the stones if you do not wish to keep them.

When will I get my payment?
We will submit your payment within 24 hours after the assessment of your items. The money can be sent directly into your bank account and you will given an opportunity to select this option when you recieve our offer. Alternatively we can send you a cheque.

What happens to non-precious items?
We will keep any items that do not contain precious metals. You can request to have these items returned to you at your expense. In the case of returning non-precious items we will deduct a fee of EUR 10 from your payout to cover return processing and postage.
